Our manufacturing division is the perfect union of artistic craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Each department was built from the ground up with one mission—To Set The Standard For Quality. In fact, the Food and Drug Administration has used our facility to illustrate how a manufacturing operation of this caliber should be run.

The entire building is temperature controlled with elaborate, finely tuned air conditioning and dehumidifying systems. To prevent cross-contamination of ingredients, dust collectors have been installed at strategic points throughout the facility. All personnel wear protective clothing, gloves and hats to prevent any physical contact with raw materials and finished products. Every precaution is taken to ensure the highest level of quality and purity.

Each raw material scheduled for use in production is precisely weighed by our pharmacy and released into the "Mixing" area. There, high-speed ribbon blenders uniformly compound the ingredients without altering particle size.

A preliminary batch of 500 tablets or capsules is produced and immediately analyzed for weight variation, disintegration, friability, hardness, thickness and organoleptic characteristics. With the laboratory’s final approval, assuring that every formula exceeds USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) and NF (National Formulary) specifications, the finished product is released to "Bulk Packaging." There, it is sealed in airtight containers and shipped to our packaging plants in Melville, New York, and Long Beach, California.
